Funding for Vine Lake Preservation Trust is provided by individual contributions like yours, support from local agencies and corporations, matching funds and grants, and admission fees from tours and workshops.  The Trust is registered with the IRS as a 501 (c)(3) public charity allowing your contribution to be tax-exempt.

Your annual donation is recorded in Funding Societies which are designed to recognize you and to honor distinguished persons buried in Vine Lake Cemetery.

Volunteers play a huge role in everything we do.

In just two years, volunteers have cleaned 165 headstones and footstones and reset 103 of them.  Volunteers contributed over $30,000 in labor and equipment in just one Arbor Day of Service. Three local businesses contributed food for that service day. Six American Linden trees are pruned annually by seven volunteers. Sixteen young people have volunteered for spring and fall cleanups. There’s always more to do.
